Aditya Swarup is a graduate from NALSAR University of Law (2005-2010) and graduated with six gold medals. During the course of his final year at NALSAR, he received the Rhodes Scholarship and thereafter pursued his Bachelors in Civil Law (LLM equivalent) and M.Phil at the University of Oxford. At Oxford, he specialised in commercial law subjects and wrote his M.Phil thesis on “Interlocutory Injunctions and Judicial Delays in India”. For the next 3 and a half years, he had been working with a solicitor’s firm based in Mumbai, practising primarily in the Bombay High Court, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. He has over 7 publications to his credit and has recently assisted in editing the chapter on injunctions in the acclaimed ‘Zuckerman on Civil Procedure: Principles and Practice’ authored/edited by Prof. Adrian Zuckerman and published by Sweet & Maxwell.
