LLM students are eligible to apply to partner universities of Jindal Global Law School for an international student exchange programme at the post graduate level for duration not exceeding one academic semester. Students must be in good academic standing and merit to be eligible to apply for international student exchange programme. Exchange students are selected on the basis of academic merit by the home institution i.e. Jindal Global Law School. Exchange students selected by the JGLS should submit an interim letter of undertaking that they would not withdraw, except under extreme circumstances, from the study abroad programme upon their final selection by the host institution. LLM Students interested in international student exchange programme are requested to contact the Assistant Dean for International Collaborations, with an expression of interest and with the prior approval of the Director of Post Graduate Legal Studies.
In keeping with admission requirements and conditions of the host institution, final decision to select students remains with the host universities.
